Since all of our products are highly custom and made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds. We cannot resell custom made products. A design specialist is available via email or by phone during normal business hours to help you with any questions you might have before you place a custom order.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within two business days to receive a replacement.

We ship both USPS and FedEx and our shipping rates are based on order size and weight.
